Menjablanc de Reus is a fine almond cream, to make at home, for over 100 years, we have been making it by hand with 100% ingredients from Catalonia. Even the box and case that contains it are made for us, on the outskirts of Reus.
Menjablanc Liquor from Reus is an exquisite almond and cinnamon cream liqueur. Gluten and lactose free, suitable for all palates. To drink cold and/or with ice.
How to prepare it?
Prepare your Menjablanc de Reus in just 5 minutes:
Ingredients for 4-5 servings:
- ½ liter of milk or almond, soy, oat drink...
- 80-100g. sugar or your sweetener
- 1 envelope of Menjablanc from Reus

Preparation:
- In a saucepan, put 400ml of milk and the sugar, and place over medium heat.
- In a glass or bowl, dissolve 100ml of milk with 1 sachet of Menjablanc de Reus.
- When the saucepan starts to boil, pour the mixture from the glass or bowl and stir vigorously to combine everything.
- Keep stirring the base of the pan and boil for 1 minute.
- Turn off the heat and serve in bowls, glasses or cups and sprinkle with cinnamon powder to your liking.
It is traditionally served in a pot terrine and is perfect for the whole family.
