Ingredients per a 5 people:
 1 Menjablanc Reus (45-50 grs.)
 ½ Milk or soy milk or rice milk or almond milk
 80100 Sugar
 4 ½ Kiwis
 5 Raïm
 5 Physalis
 5 Làmines de taronja
 1 Flamera o motlle de silicona
 150.00 Xocolata per a llàgrimes

Dissolve about and 80-100 gr. sugar in ½ liter of milk, milk rice or soy. Boil, stirring all the time base of avoiding s''adhereixi 3 me. (instead of 2 usual so you can more easily unmold). Turn off heat and fill the molds, let cool in the refrigerator.

When chilled unmold on a plate and decorate as image.
