1 g Menjablanc Reus
½ l Milk or soy milk or rice milk or almond milk
80100 g Sugar
15 Lamines de taronja caramel·litzada (SEE TUTORIAL).

Dissolve about and 80-100 gr. sugar in ½ liter of milk, milk rice or soy. Boil, stirring all the time base of avoiding s''adhereixi 3 me. (instead of 2 usual so you can more easily unmold). Turn off heat and fill the molds, let cool in the refrigerator. When chilled unmold on a plate and decorate as image.
