MENJABLANC PLATE WITH CHOCOLATE
Ingredients for 5 people:
1 Menjablanc de Reus (45-50 grs.)
½ Milk or soy milk or rice milk or almond milk
80100 Sugar
4 ½ Kiwis
5 Grapes
5 Physalis
5 orange slices
1 Flamer or silicone mold
150 Chocolate for tears

Dissolve the sachet and 80-100 gr. of sugar in ½ liter of milk, rice milk or soy milk. Boil while stirring the base to prevent it from sticking for 3 min. (instead of the usual 2 so that it can be removed from the mold more easily). Turn off the heat and fill the molds, leave to cool in the refrigerator.

When it is very cold, unmold onto a plate and decorate as shown in the image.
